Description
A modified Aerodyne high-resolution time-of-flight mass spectrometer that measures volatile organic compounds (aromatics, biogenic VOCs, alcohols, ketones, acids, aldehydes, nitriles, dimethyl sulfide) by proton-transfer chemical ionization with hydronium ions, at 1 second and 10–100 pptv. Deployed on the NOAA WP-3D, the CSL mobile laboratory and at ground sites.
